If you already have a resume, we can re-format or tweak the existing one, however, if you do not have a resume set up, we can prepare one from scratch.

Please note, if we are preparing a resume from scratch, we will email you a ‘new customer form’, which will require your completion. This form will provide us with the basics for the resume.

Although cover letters may seem simple, it is important to know what to include
and what not to. There is nothing worse than a cover letter that waffles on does
not get to the point.
The cover letter should be all about selling yourself and explaining why you are the best person for the job.

Government agencies and a number of other potential employers may ask you to address specific selection criteria. This may be not only a daunting, but time consuming, task.
When addressing the selection criteria we will be sure to summarise your working
history and apply specific examples. We will also discuss any relevant
qualifications and/or skills that will compliment the role at hand.
The costs associated with preparing a document addressing selection criteria are
as follows :-
5-10 selection criteria (approx 4 pages) – from $57
10-20 selection criteria (approx 8 pages) – from $77
Personal Summary / Statement
From time to time, employers may ask for a written profile on yourself, to
accompany your resume.
We can prepare a 1,500 word written appraisal about yourself and highlight any
notable achievements, qualifications, capabilities or skills.
